Each portion of the 5-step TOD Framework has been categorized into five different types – analytical, communication, how-to-guide, procurement, and resources. The knowledge product goes beyond discussing TOD theory and focuses on relaying actionable tools for implementation and decision-making. References are shared so that further information can be accessed for industry standards, case studies, and templates (e.g. development control norms and template Terms of Reference).
