This report continues the series by presenting a curated set of PPP case studies implemented at national and subnational levels, highlighting how governments have structured larger-scale or programmatic partnerships beyond the municipal scope. It focuses on sectors such as energy, transport corridors, water, and social infrastructure, with particular attention to enabling frameworks, institutional arrangements, and transaction advisory processes that support successful PPP delivery. Like Part 1, it is designed as a practical reference, distilling lessons on structuring, financing, and risk management to guide policymakers and practitioners.
