This report made in collaboration with the McKinsey Center for Business and Environment analyzes the biggest opportunities for cities to accelerate the reduction of their carbon emissions by pursuing a  strategy of "focused acceleration" on 12 carbon reduction opportunities within four action areas—power, buildings, mobility, and waste management.
