The Global Platform for Sustainable Cities (GPSC) cordially invites you to a lunch conversation with Mr. Khoo Teng Chye, who is the Executive Director of Singapore’s Centre for Liveable Cities. He has had a distinguished career in urban development. During this lunch session, Mr. Khoo will share key learning points from Singapore’s urban development journey since its independence in 1965. His presentation will focus upon Singapore’s systems approach to dynamic urban governance and how the city-state has financed the development of its infrastructure.
