The 31st Session of Cities on the Frontline, jointly organized by Resilient Cities Network & the World Bank, focuses on “Climate Change Governance”. We were joined by Arnoud Molenaar, Chief Resilience Officer, Rotterdam, Dr. Duncan Booker, COP26 Stakeholder Manager, Glasgow City Council, Desmond Appiah, Chief Sustainability and Resilience Advisor, Accra, and Dr. Jayshree Vencatesan, Care Earth Trust, Chennai.
 
Cities on the Frontline Speaker Series was a weekly speaker series co-organized by the Global Resilient Cities Network and the World Bank City Resilience Program since March 2020. The purpose of the series is to share knowledge to help cities respond to the pandemic crisis and plan towards recovery with resilience.
